Update on WebKit Contributions
Many of you have downloaded and tried out our modified WebKit GTK+ library, allowing you to get early access so you can experiment with the PeerConnection and MediaStream APIs. We have gotten a lot of positive feedback and the number one question has always been "when will the implementation be available in WebKit?" We know you can hardly wait for these APIs to be available on end-user browsers, and so we have some news on this front.
Last week we finally started landing some important patches in WebKit:
- Add WebCore platform interfaces needed by updated PeerConnection design http://trac.webkit.org/changeset/96959
- Update PeerConnection to use WebCore platform interfaces http://trac.webkit.org/changeset/97305
- Update MediaStream to use WebCore platform interfaces http://trac.webkit.org/changeset/97904
There is still a lot of work left to be done; these are merely the first steps. Ericsson is committed to continuing working together with the WebKit community in order to upstream more of our code and in the end make these exciting APIs and features part of the open web platform.

hi, Does the ericsson webrtc support ubuntu 11.10 ?
I find ubuntu 11.04 can't downloaded from offical website now.
I can only download 11.10 ~~
while, I found webkit can't updated successful if i follow the steps of https://labs.ericsson.com/apis/web-real-time-communication/downloads
it reports

E: Some index files failed to download. They have been ignored, or old ones used instead.
